Paul Smale B For Sc Hons, RPF ™, MIFA, MNZIF, MACFA Paul has extensive operational and research experience gained after working for 30 years in senior managerial positions in the forest industry in New Zealand, Australia and Southern Africa. He has comprehensive experience in the management of a wide range of research programs including site management, genetics, molecular biology, aerial application, health, and silviculture. Paul has managed significant new land planting programs including that of Radiata Pine in Northland New Zealand and Bluegums in the Green Triangle of Australia.
